چکیده
Purpose: To develop a nanosuspension drug delivery system to enhance the dissolution rate of Silybum marianum seeds extract.
Methods: Central composite design was used study effect input variables (stabilizer plant extract ratio, antisolvent solvent stirring time) on dependent (mean particle size, polydispersity index (PDI) and zeta potential). The optimized formulation characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Atomic Force (AFM), Fourier Transformed Infrared (FT-IR) in vitro testing.
Results: with mean size 137 nm, PDI 0.327 potential -37 mV obtained. SEM studies revealed irregular shaped particles. AFM showed nanosized particles good surface characteristics. faster than coarse suspension.
Conclusion: Results suggested that has remarkable for enhancement properties poorly soluble S. seed Keywords: marianum; Nanosuspension; Optimization; Dissolution

متن کاملOptimization of US-Electropersulfate Process for Leachate Treatment by Response Surface Methodology
Introduction: Chemical Oxidation Demand (COD) is an important parameter in treatment of leachate. Leachate from solid waste has a high pollutants that must be treatment before discharge to environment. The aim of this study was optimization of US-Electro/persulfate process, predicate of optimum conditions by RSM for landfill leachate treatment. Methods and materials: In this experimental st...
متن کاملRecycling process of spent bleaching clay: Optimization by response surface methodology
Oil refining is an inevitable step in production of edible and industrial oil. Bleaching is the most important process among the refining processes. Bleaching adsorption is the most common method and clay is the most widely used adsorbent in this method. Disposal of bleaching clay, as a waste from re-refining plants, makes many environmental problems and economic losses. In the current study, t...
متن کاملPreparation of U3O8 by Calcination from Ammonium Uranyl Carbonate Using Response Surface Methodology: Process Optimization
The parameters to prepare U3O8 by calcination from ammonium uranyl carbonate were optimized by using response surface methodology. A quadratic equation model for the value of total uranium and U4+ of triuranium octaoxide was built and the effects of main factors and their corresponding relationships were obtained. The statistical analysis of the results indi...
